     I first want to express my appreciation for your relationship with Creative Plastics International (CPI). Because of the people, companies, and communities that we are connected with, we have thrived for forty-nine years. Even during difficult economic times, CPI has been able to rely on the repeat business of our satisfied customers and we are grateful. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you more information about us: where we are now, where we are going, and why we remain your best choice for thermoformed plastic components.
     CPI is located in Jackson Center, Ohio. Our plant is within a 10-hour drive to 47 percent of the U.S. population. Operating out of a facility totaling 40,000 square feet, CPI utilizes modern equipment that complements our production capabilities in vacuum thermoforming and pressure forming. We have a wide variety of equipment and are capable of producing nearly any size of thermoformed plastic part. Our engineering and production departments work as a team to build the perfect mold for your part, allowing us to provide exceptional products.
     Quality assurance and customer satisfaction have remained our focus throughout the years. We are ISO 9001:2008 registered. We undergo ISO audits annually and are committed to keeping our ISO certification current and applicable in order to better serve the needs of our quality-conscious customers. We will be updating our registration to the 9001:2015 standard at our next re-certification audit. These certifications ensure that we have streamlined processes, lower production costs, fewer nonconforming products, and minimal mistakes in the production process.
     As we move toward the future, CPI is prepared for growth. We research new methods of manufacturing in order to offer more choices and opportunities to our customers. We network with industry professionals and manufacturing sectors to aide us in this growth process. This month, CPI will be installing a new high speed 5-axis CNC router which will provide tighter tolerance for very accurate part trimming, milling and drilling.
